Privacy Policy
Pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
1. Data Controller
The Data Controller is Parking Garage Roma, Viale Angelico 32/A, 00195 Rome, Italy. Point of contact: Claudio Forte. Email: claudioforte@parkingarage.it.
2. Data collected
Through the site's contact form we collect the following personal data that the user voluntarily provides: full name, email address, phone number, vehicle type, vehicle brand-model-year, plate number and free-text message.
3. Purpose and legal basis
Data is processed only to reply to enquiries, bookings or support requests submitted by the user. The legal basis is the user's consent (art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), granted by ticking the dedicated checkbox before submitting the form.
4. Processing methods
Processing is carried out electronically by delivering the form contents by email to our internal inboxes (info@parkingarage.it and, when relevant, the location-specific inboxes). Delivery uses Resend Inc. as a data processor. Servers are located in the European Union.
5. Retention
Data is retained only for the time strictly necessary to handle the request and in any case for a maximum of 24 months, after which it is deleted or anonymised, unless a longer retention is required by law.
6. Recipients
Data is not shared with third parties. It may be processed by authorised staff (location managers) and by appointed external processors (transactional email provider) exclusively for the purposes stated above.
7. User rights
The user can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection (arts. 15-22 GDPR) at any time, and withdraw consent without prejudice to the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. Write to claudioforte@parkingarage.it.
8. Complaint
The user may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Piazza Venezia 11, 00187 Rome — www.garanteprivacy.it).
